Beautiful Meena lives a wealthy lifestyle along with her widowed dad, Thakur, in a small town in India.. Patthar ke sanam features Manoj Kumar in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Waheeda Rehman, Mumtaz Askari, Mehmood Ali, Lalita Pawar, Ramayan Tiwari and Raj Mehra. The music was composed by Pyarelal Ramprasad Sharma along with Laxmikant Shantaram Kudalkar and Laxmikant Pyarelal. Cinematography was done by Sudhin Majumdar and editing by Babubhai Thakkar.
