Piglets Big Movie is a 2003 English-language Animation Adventure motion picture directed by Francis Glebas and produced by Michelle Pappalardo-robinson under the banner of DisneyToon Studios in collaboration with Walt Disney Pictures. When the gang from the Hundred Acre Wood begin a honey harvest, young Piglet is excluded and told that he is too small to help. Feeling inferior, Piglet disappears and his pals Eeyore, Rabbit, Tigger, Roo, and Winnie the Pooh must use Piglet's scrapbook as a map to find him. In the process they discover that this very small animal has been a big hero in a lot of ways. Written by Sujit R. Varma. Piglets big movie stars John Fiedler in the title role along with Jim Cummings, Nikita Hopkins, Ken Sansom, Peter Cullen, Kath Soucie, Andre Stojka and Tom Wheatley in supporting roles. The screenplay is written by Brian Hohlfeld and A. A. Milne which is inspired from Winnie the Pooh and The House at Pooh Corner created by A. A. Milne. The music was composed by Carl Johnson along with Carly Simon. Editing was done by Ivan Bilancio. The film has a running time of 75 minutes. It was released on 21st March 2003. The Film was successful at box office. Piglets Big Movie was made on a budget of $46 million and it was a hit at box office gross of $62 million. Distribution rights for the movie were acquired by Buena Vista Pictures.
