Gabbar Singh is a 2012 Telugu-language Action Comedy movie written by Harish Shankar and Satish Vegesna. The movie is directed by Harish Shankar and produced by Bandla Ganesh under the banner of Parameswara Art Productions. The plot follows a police officer who embarks on a mission to take down a corrupt politician. Gabbar singh stars Pawan Kalyan, Shruti Haasan, Abhimanyu Singh, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Suhasini Maniratnam, Dasari Brahmam and Ramana Reddy. The screenplay is written by Satish Vegesna and Ramesh Reddy which is inspired from Dabangg. The music was composed by Devi Sri Prasad. Cinematography was done by Jayanan Vincent and editing by Gautham Raju. The film has a running time of 152 minutes. It was released on 10th May 2012.
