Ponvilangu is a 1993 Tamil-language Drama film written by E. Ramdoss and directed by K. S. Rajkumar and produced by K. Rajarathinam under the banner of RK Productions. Ponvilangu stars Ranjith in the lead role along with Ramya Krishnan, Veera Pandiyan, Loose Mohan, Krishnamoorthy, Yuvasri, Rashin Rahman and Sivaranjani Srikanth in supporting roles. The screenplay is written by K. S. Rajkumar. The music was composed by National Award winner Ilaiyaraaja. Cinematography was done by M. Chandra Mouli and editing by V. Uthayasankaran. The motion picture has a running time of 135 minutes. It was released on 9th April 1993.
