Pottu Amman is a 2000 Tamil-language Drama motion picture written by R. B. Rathan and R. Selvaraj. The movie is directed by K. Rajarathnam and R. K. Selvamani and produced by S. Mathi and Ramprasad Reddy under the banner of Mangala Productions in collaboration with Super Hit Films. Pottu amman stars Suvaluxmi in the lead role along with Roja Selvamani and Venu Thottempudi in supporting roles. The music was composed by S. D. Shanthakumar. Cinematography was done by K. Rajarathnam and editing by Anil Malnad. It was released on 18th June 2000 in Tamil and Telugu languages.
