Power of Attorney is a 1995 English-language Action Crime motion picture. An attorney is hired to defend a notorious mobster which he has been trying to send away for years while working as a prosecutor. Power of attorney features Danny Aiello in the title role along with an ensemble cast including Elias Koteas, Rae Dawn Chong, Roger Wilson, Nina Siemaszko, Greg Rogers and Hagan Beggs.
