Raja Aur Runk is a 1968 Hindi-language Drama Family motion picture written by Kolli Pratyagatma, R.v. Sastri, Mukhram Sharma and Kotayya Pratyagatma. The movie is directed by Kolli Pratyagatma and Kotayya Pratyagatma and produced by L. V. Prasad. Mark Twain's story The Prince and the Pauper is transplanted to an Indian setting with all of the essential elements intact. Raja aur runk features Sanjeev Kumar in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Kumkum, Ajit, Mohan Choti, Kamal Kapoor, Mahesh Kothare and Nirupa Roy. The music was composed by Pyarelal Ramprasad Sharma along with Laxmikant Shantaram Kudalkar, Laxmikant Pyarelal and Anand Bakshi. Cinematography was done by Ravikant Nagaich and editing by Shivaji Awdhut. It was released on 1st January 1968.
