Ram Tera Desh is a 1984 Hindi-language Drama motion picture written by Gyandev Agnihotri, Ravi Kapoor, Mohan Kaul and V. R. Gopalakrishnan. The movie is directed by Swaroop Kumar and Priyadarshan and produced by P. K. R. Pillai under the banner of Shirdi Sai Creations. Ramdas, his wife, Savitri, son, Prakash, and daughter, Sunita, live a lower middle-class existence in Bombay.. Ram tera desh features Mohanlal in the title role along with an ensemble cast including Girija Shettar, Mukesh, Jagadish, Nedumudi Venu, M. G. Soman and Kunchan. The music was composed by Anu Malik along with Ouseppachan and Johnson. Cinematography was done by S. Kumar and editing by N. Gopalakrishnan. The film has a running time of 179 minutes.
