Red Ribbon Blues is a 1996 English-language Comedy Drama film written and directed by Charles Winkler and produced by Dale Rosenbloom and Brad Wyman. After attending his 23rd funeral for a friend with AIDS, Troy and his friends hatch a plan to steal the HIV drugs that they need. One sucessful heist leads to another and another until they have so much inventory they decide to begin their own community distribution program. Written by Havan_IronOak@Bigfoot.com. Red ribbon blues stars Paul Mercurio in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Rupaul, Debi Mazar, John Epperson, Lisa Waltz, David Spielberg and Leland Orser. The music was composed by John Frizzell. Cinematography was done by Larry Blanford and Rudy M. Fenenga Jr. and editing by Clayton Halsey. The film has a running time of 97 minutes.
