Red Ribbon Blues is a 1996 English-language Comedy Drama film written and directed by Charles Winkler and produced by Dale Rosenbloom and Brad Wyman. After attending his 23rd funeral for a friend with AIDS, Troy and his friends hatch a plan to steal the HIV drugs that they need.
