Return to Oz is a 1964 English-language Animation Family film written by Romeo Muller and L. Frank Baum. The movie is directed by F.r. Crawley, Thomas Glynn and Walter Murch and produced by Paul Maslansky under the banner of Walt Disney Pictures in collaboration with Silver Screen Partners II. Rather than adapt a later or create a new Oz story, this production has Dorothy still in posession of the shoes.. Return to oz features Nicol Williamson, Jean Marsh, Piper Laurie, Fairuza Balk, Larry D. Mann, Alfie Scopp and Susan Conway.
