Ringa Ringa is a 2010 Marathi-language Thriller film written by Sukumar and directed by Sanjay Jadhav and Sukumar and produced by Aditya Babu and B. V. S. N. Prasad under the banner of Aditya Arts. The plot revolves around the complex love?hate relationship between three characters, Arya Ajay , Arya's childhood friend and Geetha , a woman working at Ajay's company, whom both Arya and Ajay love.
