Rowdy is a 2014 Telugu-language Crime Drama film written and directed by Ram Gopal Varma and produced by R. Vijay Kumar, P. Gajendra Naidu and M. Parthasarathi Naidu under the banner of 24 Frames Factory in collaboration with AV Pictures. Anna rules over his people in Rayalama and they revere him as God. When an upcoming project threatens the well- being of his people, Anna opposes it. In the bargain, he earns some dangerous enemies. Rowdy stars Vishnu Manchu, Shanvi Srivastav, Mohan Babu, Jayasudha, Mohan Babu Manchu, Ravi Babu and Shanvi Srivastava. The music was composed by Sai Karthik. Cinematography was done by Satish Muthyala and editing by Santosh Bammidi and Kamal R. The movie has a running time of 109 minutes. It was released on 4th April 2014. The motion picture made a box office gross of ₹33 crore.
