Sesame Street is a 2018 English-language show created by Joan Ganz Cooney and Lloyd Morrisett. The show was Produced by Samuel Gibbon and Jon Stone under the banner of Sesame Workshop for NET , PBS , HBO and HBO Max. The series premiered on November 10, 1969. On a special inner city street, the inhabitants, human and muppet, teach preschool subjects with comedy, cartoons, games, and songs. The music was composed by Joe Raposo along with Jon Stone and Bruce Hart. The series has a running time of 60-30 minutes for each episode. The show has a total of 4514 episodes during it's run of 50 seasons. Distribution rights for the show were acquired by Sesame Workshop.
