Shiva Ka Insaaf is a 1985 Hindi-language Action Adventure film written by Rahul Dev Burman and Kader Khan. The movie is directed by Raj N. Sippy and produced by Romu N. Sippy under the banner of Rupam Pictures. A child is raised by his father's friends, who teach him the art of combat. They also provide him with supernatural weapons to help him to avenge his parents' death. Shiva ka insaaf stars Jackie Shroff in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Poonam Dhillon, Gulshan Grover, Shakti Kapoor, Satish Kaul, Mazhar Khan and Vinod Mehra. The screenplay is written by Ravi Kapoor, and Mohan Kaul. The music was composed by Rahul Dev Burman along with R. D. Burman. Cinematography was done by Ashok Mehta and editing by Waman Bhonsle, and Gurudutt Shirali. It was released on 1st January 1985. Shiva Ka Insaaf was made on a budget of ₹45 lakh and at the box office it grossed only ₹11 lakh.
