Shivu Paru is a 2018 Kannada-language Crime Drama film. A star-crossed romantic love story of an ill-fated girl Paru who falls in love and eventually get married to a TV anchor Shivu who is coincidentally her lover from the past life who gets killed. Paru kills herself to join her dead husband. Shivu paru stars America Suresh in the title role along with Ramesh Bhat, Honnavalli Krishna, Chitra Shenoy, Disha Poovaiah and Tharanga Vishwa in supporting roles. It was released on 8th June 2018.
