The movie is directed by Gk Ramu and produced by P Subramaniam under the banner of Neela. Shree rama pattabhishekam stars Prem Nazir in the title role along with an ensemble cast including Vasanthi, Kaviyoor Ponnamma, Thikkurissi Sukumaran Nair, Prem Nawas, Thikkurisi Sukumaran Nair and T.k. Balachandran. The screenplay is written by Nagavally R. S. Kurup. The music was composed by Br. Lakshmanan. Editing was done by N. Gopalakrishnan.
