Sivappu Sooriyan is a 1983 Tamil-language Action Crime film written by Peter Selvakumar and directed by Muktha V. Srinivasan and Muktha Srinivasan and produced by Muktha V. Ramaswamy under the banner of Muktha Films. Sivappu Sooriyan is one man's hunt for his missing family and to bring to book the perpetrators of their ruin. Sivappu sooriyan features Rajinikanth in the lead role along with Aachi Manorama, Radha Rajasekaran Nair and Saritha Chandrasekhar in supporting roles. The music was composed by M. S. Viswanathan.
