Sparks is a 2013 English-language Action Thriller film written by Christopher Folino and directed by Christopher Folino and Todd Burrows and produced by Christopher Folino, Todd Burrows, James Sutton, Tyler Endicott and Mike Smith under the banner of Sideshow Productions. After a radioactive meteor strikes Earth, a genetically altered group known as The Rochester 13 gain astonishing, superhuman powers.
