Spawn is a 1997 English-language Action Horror movie written by Todd Mcfarlane, Alan B. Mcelroy and Mark A.z. Dippé. The movie is directed by Mark A.z. Dippé. An elite mercenary is killed, but comes back from Hell as a reluctant soldier of the Devil. Spawn stars Michael Jai White in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including John Leguizamo, Martin Sheen, Theresa Randle, Nicol Williamson, D.b. Sweeney and Melinda Clarke.
