Speed Police is a 2010 telugu-language motion picture written and directed by Venkat Prabhu and produced by Dhayanidhi Alagiri and Vivek Rathnavel under the banner of Cloud Nine Movies. Speed police stars Ajith Kumar in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Arjun, Trisha, Lakshmi Rai, Anjali, Andrea and Vaibhav. The music was composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja. Cinematography was done by Sakthi Saravanan and editing by Praveen K. L. and N. B. Srikanth. The film has a running time of 160 minutes. It was released on 1st January 2010. The Film was successful at box office. Speed Police was made on a budget of ₹24 crore and it was a super hit at box office gross of ₹130 crore. Distribution rights for the movie were acquired by Sun Pictures.
