Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron is a 2002 English-language Animation Adventure motion picture written by John Fusco and Michael Lucker. The movie is directed by Kelly Asbury and Lorna Cook and produced by Jeffrey Katzenberg and Mireille Soria under the banner of DreamWorks Animation. A wild stallion is captured by humans and slowly loses the will to resist training. Yet throughout his struggles for freedom, the stallion refuses to let go of the hope of one day returning home to his herd.
