Tarzan is a 1999 Hindi-language Animation Adventure motion picture directed by Kevin Lima and Chris Buck and produced by Bonnie Arnold. The movie is about the life of Tarzan. Tarzan was a small orphan who was raised by an ape named Kala since he was a child. He believed that this was his family, but on an expedition Jane Porter is rescued by Tarzan. He then finds out that he's human. Now Tarzan must make the decision as to which family he should belong to.. Written by Extron. Tarzan stars Tony Goldwyn, Minnie Driver, Glenn Close, Alex D. Linz, Rosie O'donnell, Brian Blessed and Phil Collins. The screenplay is written by Tab Murphy, Bob Tzudiker and Noni White which is inspired from Tarzan of the Apes by Edgar Rice Burroughs. The music was composed by Mark Mancina. Editing was done by Gregory Perler. The movie has a running time of 88 minutes. It was released on 17th June 1999. The Film was successful at box office. Tarzan was made on a budget of $130 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $448 million. Distribution rights for the movie were acquired by Buena Vista Pictures.
