Vijay and produced by Vishnu Vardhan Induri, Shailesh R Singh and Brinda Prasad under the banner of Vibri Media in collaboration with Karma Media And Entertainment. Gunda Gardi is the story of a white collar criminal kalicharan who has terrorised the whole city and is referred to as Mafia Don. Thalaivi features Kangana Ranaut, Arvind Swami, Raj Arjun, Dharmendra, Raj Babbar, Aayub Khan and Harish. The screenplay is written by V. Vijayendra Prasad which is inspired from Book named Thalaivii by Ajayan Bala. The music was composed by Gv Prakash Kumar along with Ankit Balhara and G. V. Prakash Kumar. Cinematography was done by Vishal Vittal and editing by Anthony and Ballu Saluja. The motion picture has a running time of 153 minutes. It was released on 1st January 1997.
