The Boys is a 2019 Kannada-language Action Drama film directed by Joe Mantello and produced by Ryan Murphy, David Stone, Joe Mantello, Ned Martel and Alexis Martin Woodall under the banner of Ryan Murphy Productions. A group of vigilantes set out to take down corrupt superheroes who abuse their superpowers. The boys features Jim Parsons in the title role along with an ensemble cast including Zachary Quinto, Matt Bomer, Andrew Rannells, Charlie Carver, Robin De Jes S and Brian Hutchison. The screenplay is written by Mart Crowley and Ned Martel which is inspired from The Boys in the Band by Mart Crowley. Cinematography was done by Bill Pope and editing by Adriaan van Zyl.
