The events revolve around a special operations officer who deals with than one terrorist operation and is hunting down terrorist cells. The film shows security forces' efforts to combat terrorism and shows the pressures and difficulties they face during their work. The cell stars Mary Elizabeth Winstead, John Goodman, John Gallagher Jr., Ahmed Ezz, Samer Al Masri, Mohamed Mamdouh and Ashraf Zaki.
