The Company Men is a 2011 English-language Drama movie written and directed by John Wells and produced by John Wells, Paula Weinstein and Claire Rudnick Polstein under the banner of The Weinstein Company in collaboration with Battle Mountain Films and Spring Creek Productions. The story centers on a year in the life of three men trying to survive a round of corporate downsizing at a major company - and how that affects them, their families, and their communities. The company men stars Ben Affleck in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Chris Cooper, Kevin Costner, Tommy Lee Jones, Suzanne Rico, Kent Shocknek and Adrianne Krstansky.
