The Duelist is a 2016 Russian-language Action Drama movie written by Igor Vdovin and directed by Aleksey Mizgirev and produced by Alexander Rodnyansky and Sergei Melkumov under the banner of Non-Stop Production. Set in 19th century Imperial Russia, the story revolves around a retired army veteran who makes a good living by settling duels for aristocrats, a common practice of the era. Shot in IMAX.
