The Fugitive is a 1993 English-language Action Crime movie written by Jeb Stuart, David Twohy and Roy Huggins. The movie is directed by Andrew Davis and produced by Arnold Kopelson under the banner of Kopelson Entertainment. After being framed for the murder of his wife and sentenced to death, Dr. Kimble escapes from custody following a bus crash and sets out to find the real killer and clear his name while being hunted by the police and a team of U.S. Marshals. The fugitive stars Harrison Ford, Tommy Lee Jones, Sela Ward, Joe Pantoliano, Andreas Katsulas, Jeroen Krabb and Dale Hawes. The screenplay is written by Jeb Stuart and David Twohy which is inspired from The Fugitive by Roy Huggins. The music was composed by James Newton Howard. Cinematography was done by Michael Chapman and editing by Don Brochu, David Finfer, Dean Goodhill, Dov Hoenig, Richard Nord and Dennis Virkler. The motion picture has a running time of 130 minutes. It was released on 6th August 1993 and it received positive reviews from critics when it was released and became successful at box office.
