The Girlfriend Experience is a 2009 English-language Drama motion picture written by David Levien and Brian Koppelman. The movie is directed by Steven Soderbergh and produced by Gregory Jacobs and Todd Wagner. A drama set in the days leading up to the 2008 Presidential election, and centered on a high-end Manhattan call girl meeting the challenges of her boyfriend, her clients, and her work. The girlfriend experience features Sasha Grey in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Chris Santos, Glenn Kenny, Peter Zizzo, Philip Eytan, Colby Trane and Ron Stein. Cinematography was done by Steven Soderbergh and editing by Steven Soderbergh. The motion picture has a running time of 77 minutes. It was released on 8th July 2009.
