The Gnome-Mobile is a 1967 English-language Adventure Family film written by Ellis Kadison and directed by Robert Stevenson and produced by James Algar under the banner of Walt Disney Productions. An eccentric millionaire and his grandchildren are embroiled in the plights of some forest gnomes who are searching for the rest of their tribe. While helping them, the millionaire is suspected of being crazy because he's ing gnomes! He's committed, and the niece and nephew and the gnomes have to find him and free him. Written by Marta Dawes. The gnome-mobile features Walter Brennan, Tom Lowell, Matthew Garber, Karen Dotrice, Ed Wynn, Richard Deacon and Mimi Zerbini. The motion picture is based on The Gnomobile novel by Upton Sinclair. The music was composed by Buddy Baker along with the Gnome-mobile Song By Richard M. Sherman And Robert B. Sherman. Cinematography was done by Edward Colman and editing by Norman R. Palmer. The movie has a running time of 84 minutes. It was released on 19th July 1967. The movie made a box office gross of $4 million.
