The Number 23 is a 2007 English-language Mystery Thriller motion picture written by Fernley Phillips and directed by Joel Schumacher and produced by Beau Flynn and Tripp Vinson under the banner of Contrafilm in collaboration with Firm Films. Walter Sparrow becomes obsessed with a novel that he believes was written about him. As his obsession increases, and similarities m to arise. The number 23 stars Jim Carrey in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Virginia Madsen, Logan Lerman, Danny Huston, Lynn Collins, Rhona Mitra and Michelle Arthur. The music was composed by Harry Gregson-williams. Cinematography was done by Matthew Libatique and editing by Mark Stevens. The motion picture has a running time of 98 minutes.
