The Outlaws is a 2017 Korean-language Action Crime movie written and directed by Kang Yoon-sung and produced by Yoo Yeong-chae under the banner of Hong Film in collaboration with B.A. Entertainment. Based on real events that occurred in 2007 dubbed the Heuksapa Incident. The story follows a turf war that grows between a local gang that runs Garibong-dong in Guro District, Seoul and the Heuksapa gang from Yanbian, China; the police are called in to attempt to bring peace to the neighborhood. Written by subratjain1. The outlaws stars Ma Dong-seok, Yoon Kye-sang, Jin-ah Bae, Gwi-hwa Choi, Joon Ha, Ki-joon Hong and Jason Nelson. Cinematography was done by Ju Sung-lim and Kim Yong-seong and editing by Kim Sun-min and Hwang Eun-ju. The movie has a running time of 121 minutes. It was released on 4th January 2018. The film made a box office gross of $100 million. Distribution rights for the motion picture were acquired by Megabox Plus M.
