The Sound Story is a 2018 Tamil-language Documentary Drama motion picture directed by Prasad Prabhakar and produced by Rajeev Panakkal under the banner of Palmstone Multimedia in collaboration with Prasad Prabhakar Productions. The sound story features Resul Pookutty, Joy Mathew and Sunil Sugatha. The screenplay is written by Prasad Prabhakar. The music was composed by Rahul Raj along with Sharreth. Cinematography was done by Neil D'Cunha and editing by Unni Malayil and Antony. It was released on 5th April 2019 in Tamil,Malayalam and Hindi languages. Distribution rights for the film were acquired by Sony Pictures International Releasing.
