The Stanford Prison Experiment is a 2015 English-language Biography Drama motion picture written by Tim Talbott and Philip Zimbardo. The movie is directed by Kyle Patrick Alvarez and produced by Brent Emery, Lizzie Friedmann, Karen Lauder, Greg Little and Christopher Mcquarrie. In 1971, twenty-four male students are selected to take on randomly assigned roles of prisoners and guards in a mock prison situated in the basement of the Stanford psychology building. The stanford prison experiment features Billy Crudup, Michael Angarano, Ezra Miller, Tye Sheridan, Keir Gilchrist, Olivia Thirlby and Anthony Pierre Christopher. The music was composed by Andrew Hewitt. Cinematography was done by Jas Shelton and editing by Fernando Collins. The motion picture has a running time of 122 minutes.
