The Wharf Rat is a 1995 English-language Action Drama movie. Two brothers live on the opposite sides of the law. One a cop, the other working the waterfront as a crooked businessman. When the policeman is mysteriously murdered, the crook becomes spurred to vengeance and joins forces with a journalist to nail the dirty cops who ordered the hit. The wharf rat stars Lou Diamond Phillips in the title role along with an ensemble cast including Rachel Ticotin, Judge Reinhold, Scott Cohen, Rita Moreno, William Dunlop and Alan Vint. It was released on 3rd September 1995.
