Thulli Thirintha Kaalam is a 1998 Tamil-language Drama motion picture written by Prakash Thrishuli and directed by Victory Vasu and produced by N. Purushotthama Rao, B. V. Chakrapani, M. Suresh, K. Srinivasamurthy and Jyothi Hanumantharaju. Four youths who are good for nothing veil away their time doing nothing. Their parents too are fed up with their irresponsible behavior. Kausalya comes to live in their neighborhood. ing their lifestyle and behavior she decides to teach them a lesson. Thulli thirintha kaalam stars Jaggesh in the title role along with an ensemble cast including Payal Malhotra, Lokesh, Jayanthi, Tennis Krishna, Avinash and Killer Venkatesh. The screenplay is written by Victory Vasu which is inspired from Raasukutti by K. Bhagyaraj. The music was composed by Filmfare Award winner Jayanth Kaikini along with Hamsalekha. Cinematography was done by Sundarnath Suvarna and editing by S. Prasad. The motion picture has a running time of 148 minutes. It was released on 12th March 1998.
