A scientist's drive for artificial intelligence, takes on dangerous implications when his consciousness is uploaded into one such program. Transcendence features Johnny Depp, Morgan Freeman, Rebecca Hall, Kate Mara, Cillian Murphy, Cole Hauser and David D. Taylor. The music was composed by Mychael Danna.
