Utraan stars Roshan Udayakumar in the title role along with Heroshini Komali, Priyanka Nair, Heroshini Komali R and Jangiri Madhumitha in supporting roles. The music was composed by N. R. Raghunanthan. Cinematography was done by Holic Prabhu and editing by S. P. Ahmed. It was released on 31st January 2020. Revolving around a college romance, Utraan tells the story of students whose lives turn upside down after a certain incident. Vijay gets into a series of life-threatening troubles because of his love with Nandini.
