Varnam is a 1989 Malayalam-language Comedy Drama motion picture written and directed by Ashokan and produced by Priyanka under the banner of Priyanka Films. Varnam features Suresh Gopi, Jayaram Subramaniam, Jagathy Sreekumar, Ranjini Selvaraj, Thilakan, Meena and Usha. The music was composed by Ouseppachan. Cinematography was done by Saloo George and editing by G. Venkataraman. It was released on 1st January 1989. Distribution rights for the motion picture were acquired by K. R. G. Enterprises.
