Varthamana Kalam is a 1990 Malayalam-language Drama Romance movie written by Prasanth and directed by I.v. Sasi and I. V. Sasi and produced by Liberty Basheer For Liberty Films. Varthamana kalam stars Suresh Gopi in the title role along with an ensemble cast including Balachandra Menon, Urvashi, Jayaram Subramaniam, Sukumari Bhimsingh, M.g. Soman and K.p. Ummer. The music was composed by Johnson. Cinematography was done by Santosh Sivan and editing by K. Narayanan.
