Vedalam is a 2015 Tamil-language Action Drama motion picture written and directed by Siva and produced by A. M. Rathnam and S. Aishwarya under the banner of Sri Sai Raam Creations. Ganesh clashes with a trio of criminal brothers when he tips off the police about them. When they try to k revenge, they realize he has a score to settle with them too. Vedalam features Ajith Kumar in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Shruti Hassan, Lakshmi Menon, Rahul Dev, Kabir Duhan Singh, Shruti Haasan and Soori. The screenplay is written by Siva. The music was composed by Filmfare Award winner Anirudh Ravichander. Cinematography was done by Vetri and editing by Ruben. The film has a running time of 154 minutes. It was released on 10th November 2015. The Film was successful at box office. Vedalam was made on a budget of ₹61 crore and it was a super hit at box office gross of ₹150 crore. Distribution rights for the film were acquired by Sri Sai Raam Creations.
