Vedikkai Mainthargal is a 1982 Tamil-language Drama motion picture written and directed by Shaji Kailas and produced by S. Chandrakumar under the banner of Malavika productions. Vedikkai mainthargal features Prithviraj, Vandana Menon, Aishwarya Devan, Sai Kumar, Thilakan and Vijayashanti Prasad. The music was composed by Shankar Ganesh along with Roni Raphael and Rajamani. Cinematography was done by Shaji, Saravanan and Vishnu Namboothiri and editing by Don Max. The film has a running time of 167 minutes. It was released on 1st January 1982.
