Vinodayathra is a 2007 Malayalam-language Comedy Drama film written and directed by Sathyan Anthikad and Sathyan Anthikkad and produced by M. M. Hamsa. Journey of Vinod from an irresponsible man to a sensible one, and of those who gets tangled with his life. Vinodayathra features Meera Jasmine in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Kpac Lalitha, Nedumudi Venu, Parvathy Thiruvothu, Dileep Pillai, Mukesh Babu and Innocent Vareed Thekkethala. The music was composed by National Award winner Ilaiyaraaja. Cinematography was done by S. Kumar and editing by K. Rajagopal. It was released on 6th April 2007. The Film was successful at box office. Vinodayathra was made on a budget of ₹2 crore and it was a super hit at box office gross of ₹9 crore. Distribution rights for the movie were acquired by Kalasangham Films.
