Zulm Ki Hukumat is a 1992 Hindi-language Crime Drama motion picture written by Dilip Sen, Sameer Sen, Faiz-saleem and Anees Bazmee. The movie is directed by Bharat Rangachary and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, and Kamlesh Chugh under the banner of Nadiadwala Theatre Productions. Pitamber Kohli lives a upper middle class existence with his wife, & two brothers, Yeshwant and Pratap.. Zulm ki hukumat features Dharmendra in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Moushumi Chatterjee, Govinda, Kimi Katkar, Shakti Kapoor, Neena Gupta and Raza Murad.
