Byomkesh is a 2019 bengali-language show created by Dag Creative Media written by Sharadindu Bandyopadhyay, Sourav Sengupta and Joy Dasgupta. The series is directed by Amit Sengupta, Gopal Chakraborty and Joydeep Mukherjee and produced by Rana Sarkar under the banner of Daag Creative Media for Colors Bangla. Byomkesh features Gaurav Chakrabarty in the lead role along with Ridhima Ghosh and Saugata Bandyopadhyay in supporting roles. The show is based on Byomkesh Bakshi by Sharadindu Bandyopadhyay. The music was composed by Neel Dutt. Cinematography was done by Kiranmay Bhuiyan and editing by Shibu Sarkar and Toton Maiti. The show has a running time of Approx. 43 minutes for each episode. It was released on 11th April 2019.
Byomkesh Season 4
Hoichoi takes the Satyanweshi’s adventures a notch higher with the ‘Byomkesh’ series, an amalgamation of four stories divided into two episodes with the sleuth slipping into a much more hands-on avatar. Set in 1930s the series is based on the adventures of Byomkesh and his friend and biographer Ajit, who accompanies Bakshi during his investigations.
