Krypton is a 2018 English-language Action Adventure show created by David S. Goyer. The series was Produced by Andjelka Viaislavjevic under the banner of Phantom Four Films in collaboration with DC Entertainment and Warner Horizon Television. for Syfy. Set two generations before the destruction of the legendary Man of Steel's home planet, KRYPTON follows Superman's grandfather - whose House of El was ostracized and shamed - as he fights to redeem his family's honor and save his beloved world from chaos. Krypton stars Cameron Cuffe in the title role along with an ensemble cast including Georgina Campbell, Shaun Sipos, Elliot Cowan, Ann Ogbomo, Aaron Pierre and Rasmus Hardiker. The show is based on Characters created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster and characters from DC Comics. The music was composed by Pinar Toprak. Cinematography was done by Christopher Baffa, James Mather and Simon Dennis and editing by Joel Griffen and Jeff Betancourt. The series has a running time of 45 minutes for each episode. The show has a total of 20 episodes during it's run of 2 seasons. Distribution rights for the series were acquired by Warner Bros. Television Distribution.
