S.W.A.T. is a 2018 English-language Action Adventure show developed by Aaron Rahsaan Thomas and Shawn Ryan. The show was Produced by Nicolas Bradley and Shemar Moore under the banner of MiddKid Productions in collaboration with Kansas Art Productions, Original Film, Perfect Storm Entertainment, CBS Television Studios and Sony Pictures Television. for CBS. The series premiered on November 2, 2017. Follows a locally born and bred S.W.A.T. sergeant and his team of highly-trained men and women as they solve crimes in Los Angeles. S.w.a.t. features Shemar Moore in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Stephanie Sigman, Alex Russell, Lina Esco, Kenny Johnson, Peter Onorati and Jay Harrington. The show is based on S.W.A.T. by Robert Hamner Rick Husky. The music was composed by Robert Duncan. The show has a running time of 44 minutes for each episode.
