Trial & Error is a 2017 English-language Comedy Mystery show developed by Jeff Astrof and Matt Miller. The series was Produced by Marlis Pujol under the banner of Other Shoe Productions in collaboration with Good Session Productions and Warner Bros. Television. for NBC. A spoof of crime documentaries about the arrest and trial of a beloved poetry professor from a small town in South Carolina, who is accused of brutally murdering his wife, and the young Northeastern lawyer hired to defend him. Trial & error stars Nicholas D'agosto, Jayma Mays, Steven Boyer, Krysta Rodriguez, Sherri Shepherd, John Lithgow and Andie Macdowell. The music was composed by John Swihart. Editing was done by Yana Gorskaya and Dane McMaster. The series has a running time of 22 minutes for each episode. The show has a total of 23 episodes during it's run of 2 seasons.
