Expiration & Terms
- 1. The E-Gift Cards have an expiry period and shall be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of activation/purchase.
- 2. E-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for Cash and/or Cheque.
- 3. Partial redemption of the E-Gift Card is allowed, and the balance will remain in E-Gift Card.
- 4. If the E-Gift Card is damaged, stolen or lost, neither will a new Gift Card be issued nor will the money be reimbursed in any manner.
- 5. E-Gift cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 hours
- 6. The H&G Gift Card can only be redeemed at H&G Offline Retail Outlet and cannot be redeemed on Health & Glow’s website (www.healthandglow.com) or on Health & Glow’s Android/iOS App
- 7. The customer must inform the store manager about the usage of the H&G Gift card as payment mode before preparation of the invoice.
- 8. Post product selection and preparation of the invoice, the store executive must select the gift card as a mode of payment.
- 9. On confirmation about the redemption of the available balance by the customer, the store executive must initiate the redemption process of the gift card.
- 10. On successful validation and redemption, the total invoice value must get adjusted with the redeemed value of the gift card.
- 11. The customer must pay the balance amount of the invoice (if any) using other modes of payment.
- 12. For any further enquiry and issue, the customer must reach out to H&G Customer Care.
