Jasidih is a city in Deoghar district in the Indian state of Jharkhand. Jasidih is a Hill Station located at 24.52N 86.65E.[1] It has an average elevation of 260 metres (853 feet). Nearby villages are Tabhaghat, Kalipur, Deopur, Sarsa, Sagdaha, Lodhradih, and Dharwadih. There are some famous Clubs like Friend's Club, Lion's Club Etc.As of 2001 India census,[2] Jasidih had a population of 14,129. Males constitute 54% of the population and females 46%. Jasidih has an average literacy rate of 65%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 74%, and female literacy is 54%. In Jasidih, 14% of the population is under 6 years of age.
